Keto Inspo & How It Came To Be

Hi, I’m Brook! I began my health journey with the ketogenic diet in December 2017 and a few weeks later augmented what I was doing nutritionally with exogenous ketones. The experience quickly snowballed into this passion project that is very close to my heart and I’ve finally carved out some time to focus on building an actual website to centralize my ideas, recipes and social reach.

My weight (and confidence!) has yo-yo’d for years, with some pregnancy and postpartum hormones & realities thrown in for good measure. Over the last 10 years I’ve tried EVERYTHING and have failed many times. But I’ve finally found something that works and is a long-term lifestyle change, not just another trendy diet that isn’t scalable. I have a newfound purpose in helping others to find it within themselves to actively pursue their version of BETTER every single day.

I actively share my health journey, favorite recipes, ideas, and workouts for even the busiest of people. I am a mother of two children (4y, 1y), with a full-time job, living a very busy and sometimes chaotic life of travel and juggling schedules. My content focuses on quick, easy and delicious keto ideas for a busy lifestyle. If I can do this, so can you!!
