Pumpkin Spice Keto Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Icing

Pumpkin Spice Keto Cupcakes:

Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup almond flour
2 eggs
1 tbsp. Melted coconut oil
1 tsp. Baking powder
2 tbsp. Stevia
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp pumpkin spice
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

Prep:
1. Preheat oven to 375 and grease muffin tin
2. In a bowl whisk all dry ingredients
3. In a separate bowl whisk all wet ingredients, til smooth
4. Add dry ingredients slowly to wet mixture and mix for 2-3 minutes
5. Pour batter evenly into tin
6. Bake for 15-18 minutes until toothpick comes out clean
7. Cool, then top with icing
